Ar. Sebastian Jose
Landscape Architecture
Ar Sebastian graduated from TKMCE , Kollam in the year 1996 as
the college topper ! He further went into to do his masters in
Landscape Architecture from SPA in the year 1998 .
After a 3 years stint at M/s Design Combine , he set up Silpi
Architects in the year 2001 ! Silpi has progressed to emerge
as one of Kerala’s leading architecture firms in a span of 21
years! The firm currently handles major residential,
commercial institutional & hospitality and landscape projects
all over Kerala and has numerous awards to its credit .
Apart from his engagement with work, he has been actively
involved in civic and urban affairs in Kochi, and has been
active member of Organizations like Indian Institute of
Architects (IIA) and Indian Institute of Interior Designers
(IIID) and has served as office bearer for both
organizations.
His passion for academics led him to become the dean and
director at SEED, one of the youngest , architecture schools
in Kerala .
Dr. Abdu Edassery
Construction Project management consultancy

qualified and experienced professionals headed by Mr. Abdu
Edessery with decades of experience in the construction
industry in India and abroad.

construction project management consultancy, contracts and

taking over assistance with quality and technical audit.

He has 25 years of completed standing with wide exposure to
legal practice under all type civil cases and brilliant track
records in handling Real Estate, Housing Industry, Dept
Recovery Cases, Consumer Court cases, Motor Accident Cases,
Railway Claims Cases, Negotiable Instrument Cases, Kerala
Conservation of Paddy land and Wet Land Act cases, KMBR and
KPBR Cases, RERA MATTERS .
His practice is predominantly in the Law of Land in Kerala and
Housing Law and doing considerable works in the Real Estate
and Construction of Residential and non-residential building
scheme and allied laws including Contract, Transfer of
Property, Conveyance and Drafting, Company Law, Partnership
Act, Business Law, Building Tax, Municipalities Act,
Panchayath Raj Act, KMBR, KPBR, RERA ACT AND K-RERA RULES
